What is Origin?

Origin is a one-stop-shop for all things CR8DL. Providing a web-based control console for easy management of all instances, account management, and more. Dedicated to making your experience with CR8DL services convenient and user-friendly.

Is my instance reserved and always available to me?

Yes, your VM instance is reserved for your exclusive use during the subscription period. They are always on.

On-demand customers data will be terminated upon completion of their project.

Do you charge for bandwidth/data transfer?

Absolutely not. No extra charge for ingress/egress.

Is CR8DL Cloud GPU On-Demand available globally?

No, CR8DL Cloud GPU On-Demand is only available in the USA for the time being.

When is my credit card charged?

ON-DEMAND CUSTOMER (non-subscription): We aggregate your usage and charge you every Sunday at 11:59 PM (PST). You can manage your subscription anytime in our portal, Origin.

SUBSCRIPTION CUSTOMER (daily, weekly, monthly): A hold will be placed on your card when you create a subscription and settled once the instance is provisions. From that point forward you will be charged every billing period until you cancel. You can manage your subscription anytime in our portal, Origin.

What happens when I cancel my subscription?

When you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to your instance for the remainder of the subscription term. However, please note that once the term ends, your instance will be destroyed, and all data contained within it will be permanently deleted. We highly recommend that you download and save any data you need before the end of your subscription term.
